The community is nestled amongst the orange groves  and  boasts a  large,  private,  fish-stocked lake, boating and fishing facilities, walking and picnic areas. It is ideally situated just a short drive from all attractions (see 'Key Features' page for travel times). In the immediate vicinity there  are  a  selection of  restaurants and a  large 24 hour WalMart 'Supercenter' with everything you   could  possibly   need  during  your  stay, from doughnuts, delicatessen and dvd rental to pool toys, fishing and golf equipment.

Completed in 2007,  Orange Groves is  situated on a  large corner  plot  that is not  overlooked at the rear and has a host of additional extras to make your Florida vacation that extra special.

The large private swimming pool includes an extended sun deck with spa, shaded lanai, water jets and impressive 'SAm' colour-changing pool lights. There is also a large gas barbeque and poolside dining area for al-fresco dining. Inside the villa there is a large open plan living area and in addition to the  5 bedrooms  there is a  Den with  entertainment facilities, a  brand-new  games

The villa has complementary facilities provided for babies and young children incl. steriliser, high chairs, bed rails, strollers etc. (we are twins club recommended!). For larger parties, we are in contact with other villa owners on the community should you require more than one villa. Our management company also remain on call 24 hours a day, should you need them, to ensure that you have a pleasant stay.
