In the immediate vicinity there  are  a  selection of  restaurants and a  large 24hour Wal-Mart 'Supercenter' with everything you could possibly need during your stay (the deli and doughnut  counters  come  well  recommended!).

There are many complementary facilities provided for babies and young children incl. steriliser, high chairs, bed rails, strollers etc. (we are twins club recommended!).  For larger parties, we are in contact with other villa owners on the community should you require more than one villa. Our management company also remain on call 24 hours a day, should you need them, to ensure that you have a pleasant stay.

For golfers, the villa could not be more ideally situated. The Southern Dunes golf course (rated one of the top 100 courses in the U.S.) is situated adjacent  to  the  complex  and  there  are  literally

The large private swimming pool includes an extended sun deck with spa and shaded lanai, water jets and impressive 'S.A.M' coloured lights. There is also a large barbeque and poolside dining area for al-fresco dining. Inside the villa there is a large open plan living area and in addition to the 5 bedrooms there is a Den with entertainment facilities, a brand-new games room with pool table, air-hockey and foosball (table-football), two dining areas and a computer workstation with free broadband wi-fi internet access.
