Booking Procedure

1. Before returning this booking form, please confirm availability of the villa by one of the following     means:

    Email: enquiries@orangegrovesvilla.com advising us of the dates of arrival and departure.

    If the dates are available we will confirm this to you and hold the booking for up to 7 days to allow     you to arrange your flights and get the booking deposit to us.

2. Complete this booking form and return this together with a cheque for £200 / $400, this is your     booking deposit which is non-refundable. Send the completed booking form and deposit to the     following address:

    Alternatively, we can arrange payment of the deposit through PayPal, this will however incur a 4%     charge. We can also provide the address of our management company in Orlando, US. to who         you may return the completed booking form and deposit if required.

3. Confirmation of your booking and receipt of your payment will be returned to you by post or email.

The balance of your holiday is payable 10 weeks prior to your departure date. We will send you an invoice detailing the balance due for the villa together with any other services you have requested.  A security bond of £200 / $400 is also payable with the balance, this is to be held as a guarantee against any costs incurred for additional cleaning, missing items or damage during your stay at our villa. The security bond will be returned within 4 weeks of your stay upon notification from our management company. Directions to Orange Groves and details of key collection will be sent around two weeks before your holiday.
